Francisca is finishing her Physics Bachelor at the Universidad Austral de Chile. Her thesis work is based in the study of quantum integrable many particle systems. Currently, she is visiting Leibniz Universität Hannover for one semester funded by a common fellowship LUH/UACh and Fondecyt.
Outreach projects
2018 “Física en acción: experimentando en tu colegio y primera jornada estudiantil de física en la Región de los Ríos”. Main Director. Proyectos de Vinculación 2018, Dirección de Vinculación con el Medio, Universidad Austral de Chile. In collaboration with MSc. Yazmina Olmos (Facultad de Ciencias de la Ingeniería) we conduit a physics outreach project where approximately 700 students have participated. In the project, students from the Physics Bachelor and Engineering from UACh actively support the different activities with great enthusiasm.
